What is Palm Jebel Ali?

Palm Jebel Ali is Nakheel's island development off Jebel Ali in south-west Dubai. Its 10.5 million sqm masterplan is designed for around 240,000 residents and more than 80 resorts and hotels, with villas on the fronds and apartments in a central hub.

The project was first launched in the early 2000s, paused, and relaunched by Nakheel in 2023 with a new masterplan. The first homes sold are beachfront villas on the fronds, all off-plan.
